Initial Consultation

This informal 60-minute chat is designed for us to get to know one another and for me to gain an understanding of the fears, emotions and problems you’re experiencing. During this initial chat, you can talk as much or as little about your story, how you’re feeling at the moment and what you would like to change about your life. Taking place in a comfortable and confidential environment and also possible via Skype or telephone, we will discuss together the desired outcome of the sessions and how your life is expected to change for the better during and following treatment.

By evaluating your symptoms and discovering the root cause of your problems, we can take practical and therapeutic measures to start moving your life forward.

During these completely confidential sessions, we really start the ball rolling on restoring you back to health and happiness, with the aim of the final session to have you smiling again!

By using pioneering Blueprint Therapy and Coaching, we will discover how your thought process works and what influences you to think in the way you do. We will then work to address unhelpful emotional patterns and encourage a new outlook on life.

In between sessions, I will provide you with tailored homework. It is between the sessions (usually between 2 -4) that you and others around you will start noticing a change; and you start feeling better about yourself and life.

By gaining a deep understanding of what causes your stress, anxiety or depression, you will recognise your ability to move forward.
